Constable Cooper Concept

This was some ideas I hade for Sly Cooper 4. I was going to do a slew of these but alas I never did. The idea was that he and Carmelita would be able to do a co-play thing and nab crooks. I changed Sly's gear to look like a cops but still have "cooper' looks. (Like the shock pistol.) Also added a grapple feature to Sly's cane.
